AtmosClear will, where appropriate, contract with project developers to finance projects via the acquisition of Certified Emissions Reductions (CERs) at a fixed price over a period of time, in order to provide capital and a steady flow of revenue generation for both the Project and the investors respectively.

Approved Pellet and BioCO₂al Projects

Latvia

Industrial wood pellet (130k tons p.a.) production facility operating since April 2010 and will be expanded in late 2010. BioCO₂al pellet (50k tons p.a.) production facility under construction on the same site will begin delivering product in Q4 2010.

Latvia

Second industrial wood pellet facility (130k tons p.a.), construction to commence Q2 2011, designed for conversion to torrefaction.

New Zealand

Three BioCO₂al pellet (270k tons p.a. each) production facilities selling to Asian and European power utilities as emissions reducing co-firing fuel.

Eastern and Southern United States

Four industrial wood pellet and BioCO₂al (c. 250k tons p.a. each) production facilities selling mostly to European power utilities for co-firing but with growing interest from US utilities.
