Jerry Brooks Commercial Director
Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant (Arthur Andersen) Jerry moved to Andersen Consulting where he specialised in financial consultancy to the Oil & Gas industry.
Through a close working relationship with the founders and their investment fund over the past twenty years and through the acquisitions he led whilst with Omnicom Inc. he has gained a wealth of experience in tax, financial structuring and financial controls relevant to new projects and start-up operations.
He is responsible for AtmosClear’s Corporate Finance and Financial Analysis & Planning.
Jerry has a degree in Computer & Management Sciences from Warwick University and is a member of the AtmosClear Project Investment Committee (APIC).
Duncan Keil Business Development Director
A tenacious and experienced businessman with fifteen years experience in financial structured products and derivatives, Duncan has recruited, developed, grown and managed several successful broking teams at Tradition SA, a well respected, Swiss based, finance house.
He was subsequently headhunted to become MD of Gottex Brokers and further headhunted by AtmosClear to head the funds' Project Identification and Development activities.
Duncan speaks, English, French, Spanish and German, has a degree from Aberystwyth University, Wales and attended The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst followed by three years of regimental service and leaving the Army as a Captain.
Duncan is a member of the AtmosClear Project Investment Committee (APIC).
David Surtees Non Excutive Director: Commercial
David is a non-executive Director of AtmosClear SA.
He brings a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to the company as well as an abundance of commercial and operational sense.
His key previous roles were as Global Head of Commodity Trading at Deutsche Bank and as Managing Director of Dynegy Marketing & Trading the European gas and electricity trading division of the US energy merchant Dynegy INC. He is currently Business Development Director with EFT (a European energy investment and trading group) based in Switzerland.
David is a member of the AtmosClear Project Investment Committee (APIC).
Martin Schaub Chief Technical Advisor
Martin is a non-executive Director of AtmosClear and manages his own business, CTU, specialising in thermal processing and in particular the management, cleaning and eradication of noxious flue gasses.
Martin is experienced in engineering and supply issues, treatment of residues, biogas production and combustion systems and the design and construction of thermal waste treatment plants,.
Previously the Managing Director of the Babcock’s Gas Cleaning Division from which he effected an MBO in 1995.
Martin is a true expert in the traditional and new methods of combustion and gasification systems entering the market.
He is a qualified Chemical Engineer having obtained his degree at Switzerland's EPFZ and Martin completes the AtmosClear Project Investment Committee.
Gunter Rotbock Chief Technolgy Officer and Project Manager
Gunter has more than forty years experience in project management, plant engineering and technical design gained working for Sulzer, Austrian Energie and CTU.
He has worked as senior engineer or project manager on turn-key projects as diverse as LPG gas cleaning and liquefaction, pyrolysis of waste tyres, fly-ash treatment for a waste treatment plant.and sinter magnesia production.
Gunter’s speciality is thermal processing and emissions management and he is responsible for implementation of the first commercial-scale torrefcation plant in Rezekne, Latvia.
