It invests 80% of the fund on real, low risk assets such as residential property, forestry for renewable energy, biomass fuel and energy from waste sectors generating returns of 10% pa and 20% on higher risk/return seedcorn/venture capital targetting 20% returns.

We look to project finance 'lagging-edge' advanced technical eco-solutions to balance risk and enhanced returns.  We seek investment opportunities that realise the full potential of biomass and waste material either in the creation of useable products or the generation of electricity and heat. 

We have many years experience and considerable know-how in the assessment and implementation of renewable energy projects. Our expertise is in the financing and development of efficient cogeneration solutions based onsolar, biofuel, solid waste and wind technologies although we consider other technologies:- 

• Solutions to stabilise and harmonise a variety of feed-stocks to generate electricity and re-usable heat.
• Proprietary technology that facilitates a substantial reduction in biomass logistic and processing costs.

We have numerous renewable projects under development and many completed in Europe.
